Our continuous development in the pipe galvanizing sector now makes it possible to automatically pickle and galvanize pipes of 3/8“ to 6“. This will considerably improve the galvanizing quality,saving cost at the same time, e.g. with lower acid consumption. The fully automatic handling system can also be integrated into already existing plants. The compact nature of the construction reduces space requirements, and only a minimum of foundation work is necessary.
A suction line, including washing column for the pickling line and a suction line including dry filter plant for the galvanizing bath guarantee an optimum protection of the environment in our galvanizing plant. The drying section is heated by means of waste gases of the galvanizing furnace via heat exchanger.
Our system with PC-control and data-recording provides a direct insight into the production and the process data, and can also be integrated into already existing systems.
